"You're my idol!". Panama national team forward ran straight to Thierry Henry after the winning goal against the USA

Last night, the Panama national team sensationally defeated the USA (1-0) in the semifinals of the CONCACAF Nations League. The winning goal was particularly special for forward Cecilio Waterman.

Details: The 33-year-old forward from the Chilean club Coquimbo scored the decisive goal in the fourth minute of stoppage time.

Celebrating the goal with the entire team, Waterman ran to the stands where the legendary former forward Thierry Henry was present. The player not only managed to meet Henry but also embraced him.

Upon meeting the Frenchman, Waterman started shouting, "You're my idol!"

In the CONCACAF Nations League final, Panama will face Mexico.
