African qualification for the 2026 World Cup. Schedule and results of the fifth round

This week, as club football takes a break, national teams will take center stage. Over the next few days, we'll witness the African qualification matches for the 2026 World Cup.

The fifth round of qualification matches will take place from Wednesday, March 19, to Saturday, March 22. During this period, we will see 25 matches featuring national teams from nine different qualification groups.
