Young star. Güler repeated the achievement of Cristiano Ronaldo and Rooney

Yesterday, young Real Madrid and Turkish national team midfielder Arda Güler provided an assist to Merih Demiral in the Euro 2024 Round of 16 match against Austria.

By doing so, Arda Güler matched a feat previously achieved only by the legendary Cristiano Ronaldo and Wayne Rooney.

Güler is just the third player in the history of the European Championships to score a goal and provide an assist in the tournament before turning 20 years old.

It's worth noting that Güler scored his first goal in the European Championships in the opening match against Georgia.

In the Euro 2024 Round of 16, the Turkish national team will face the Netherlands. The match is scheduled for Saturday, July 6.
