Paris Saint-Germain’s young talent Ibrahim Mbaye has decided to represent the Senegal national team.
Details: According to journalist Fabrice Hawkins, he will be called up by head coach Pape Thiaw for the upcoming friendly against Brazil.
Additionally, another promising youngster—Mamadou Sarr, currently on loan at Strasbourg from Chelsea—has also chosen to play for Senegal and will be included in the next call-up list.
Senegal has already secured their place at the 2026 World Cup.
This season, Mbaye has made thirteen appearances for PSG across all competitions but has yet to record a goal or assist.
Reminder: PSG defender Nuno Mendes suffered an injury and will miss the match against Lyon.
