Swiss club FC Aarau has completed the permanent signing of Amr Khaled Bebo from Al Ahly after activating the purchase clause in his loan deal.
He has signed a final contract with Aarau for four and a half years. The Swiss club officially informed Al Ahly about the decision.
Bebo, born in 2005, initially joined Aarau on loan in January 2024 for a season and a half, with an option to buy. The club later extended his loan in December before finalizing his permanent transfer.
According to Transfermarkt, Bebo has played 12 matches for Aarau—eight with the youth team, scoring six goals and providing one assist, and four with the first team without registering any goal contributions.
The 19-year-old forward is the son of former Egyptian international and Al Ahly star Khaled Bebo. He previously played for Al Ahly's youth academy but never made a first-team appearance.
He has also represented Egypt's U-20 national team in 10 matches, recording one assist. Bebo is now the third Egyptian player to join Aarau, following Abdel Sattar Sabry (1999) and Mohamed Gouda (2002).
His market value is estimated at €100,000, according to Transfermarkt.
