Yan Diomande on Liverpool’s radar
The Reds are keen to make the Ivory Coast international Mohamed Salah’s successor.
Yan Diomande is a top target for Liverpool. The 19-year-old forward, who is shining at RB Leipzig, has impressed the Reds’ management, who are keen to secure his services this summer. Talks are underway, according to Florian Plettenberg.
However, no agreement has yet been reached. But to sign Yan Diomande, Liverpool will have to fork out over €100 million. Furthermore, RB Leipzig are keen to extend the Ivorian’s contract with a pay rise. Yan Diomande’s current deal runs until June 2030.
But aside from Liverpool, a French club is also in the running for the Ivorian striker. That club is Paris Saint-Germain. The Parisian club is reported to have already held talks with the player’s agents.
