EA Sports FC 27 has surprised gamers with an unexpected feature that definitely wasn't part of the official announcement.
Details: Players enjoying early access to the new football simulator have discovered a bizarre visual glitch that causes female footballers to appear on the pitch and in the dressing room wearing nothing but their underwear. Screenshots and videos of the unusual scenes have already spread across social media, attracting considerable attention from the gaming community.
One of the first videos appeared on Reddit. A player noticed that during a pre-match dressing room scene in Ultimate Team, one female character was standing among her fully dressed teammates wearing only black underwear.
However, the glitch isn't limited to the dressing room. Another user shared a screenshot showing a female footballer celebrating a goal alongside her teammates while wearing only her underwear. Other players have reported similar incidents involving female characters on the substitutes' bench.
The exact cause of the problem remains unknown. EA Sports has not publicly explained the unusual visual glitch or announced when it will be fixed. There is currently no indication that the appearance of partially dressed characters is an intentional feature of the game.
It is worth noting that EA Sports FC 27 became available in early access on September 18, while its worldwide release is scheduled for September 25, 2026. Players who purchased the Ultimate Edition or Ultimate Plus Edition were among the first to receive access to the new football simulator.
