Won’t stay in Saudi Arabia: João Cancelo ready to return to Europe

João Cancelo joined Al Hilal from Manchester City, but it appears he has no intention of ending his career there and is eager to return to European football.

Details: The Al Hilal and Portugal full-back himself admitted that he is open to coming back to Europe. His current contract runs until the summer of 2026, but he remains receptive to new opportunities.

Quote: “Of course, I dream of playing in Europe again. I still have one year left on my contract with Al Hilal, but I’m always open to new adventures,” said Cancelo.

Recently, it was announced that midfielder Sergej Milinković-Savić officially signed a new contract with Al Hilal. The Serbian star’s previous deal was set to expire next summer, but the club decided to secure one of its key players for the long term.

Reminder: Harry Kane recently received a stunning offer to leave Bayern Munich and continue his career in Saudi Arabia.
