"Winning the league is very difficult": Slot unfazed by Liverpool's top spot

As the Premier League approaches the halfway mark, Liverpool heads into Christmas as league leaders. However, the top position hasn't distracted the team, according to head coach Arne Slot.

Details: Slot emphasized that assessing the league table makes more sense after the second round begins. He also acknowledged that winning the league is a challenging task, not just in England but globally.

Quote: "The best way to judge the table is after 19 games," he said. "Winning the league is very difficult anywhere in the world. You need to do so many things well, which is why only a few teams and players manage to achieve it. Hopefully, I can continue to be happy with the work we’re doing.

We do this job to win, but it’s a long process, and you need to do so many things right. You also have to enjoy the process, which I did last year and hope to continue doing next year," Slot told Sky Sports.
