Novak Djokovic is unstoppable: neither powerful youth, nor loss of ranking positions, nor even injury can unsettle the Serbian. At Roland Garros, Nole suffered a meniscus injury, underwent surgery, and risked missing the remaining major tournaments of the season. However, it seems that all concerns about this are now behind him.

The main question remained: when would Nole return to the court? Initially, doctors couldn't guarantee his participation in the upcoming tournaments, and the tennis player himself refrained from making specific comments. However, he has already been seen actively working on the court.

Although there is no official information regarding Djokovic's participation in Wimbledon, the National Olympic Committee of Serbia has already announced that Novak will compete in the Olympic Games (July 27 – August 4).

Djokovic has played in the Olympics four times: in 2008, he won bronze; in 2012, he lost to Juan Martin del Potro in the fight for third place; in 2016, he was defeated by del Potro in the first round; and at the 2020 Games, he lost to future champion Alexander Zverev in the semifinals.

Thus, Olympic gold is one of the few awards missing from Djokovic's trophy cabinet. Considering that the twilight of Nole's career is approaching, he won't miss the chance to play in the Olympics, despite all the challenges he has faced this year.
