Who did he bet on and how much? McGregor made a big bet on the winner of UEFA Euro 2024

Legendary MMA fighter Conor McGregor has chosen his own favorite for the upcoming European Championships.

The Irishman bet on the final triumph of the Spanish national team 83,500 dollars. If Furia Roja wins, Conor will receive $1,002,000.

"Vamos, Spain! Easy money on a Spanish victory at the Euros on my birthday. A nice million for McGregor," Conor wrote.

It was previously reported that the UFC 303 show's scheduled main event bout between Ireland's McGregor (22-6) and American Michael Chandler (23-8) scheduled for June 29 in Las Vegas, USA, is once again on the verge of being scrapped.

The UFC 2024 European Championship kicks off on Friday, June 14. The continental championship will be held on the fields of Germany until July 14.

Earlier bookmakers named the favorites to win the tournament.
