We were supposed to win this game. Klopp is unhappy with the result

Liverpool couldn't secure a win against Manchester United on their home turf, failing to maintain their lead in the Premier League standings. The match ended without any goals, and in his post-match comments, the Reds' manager, Jurgen Klopp, lamented the poor conversion rate.

"The main thing I don't like is the result; we were supposed to win the game. With the number of opportunities we had, we should've found the net. It's painful.

I can't recall us dominating Manchester United like we did today. It was special; the atmosphere was special.

Did we not handle the pre-match talk of an easy win? Overestimating your influence. We're not bothered by what's said. It has nothing to do with what's happening; we knew it would be tough.

We tried everything. The numbers we created in terms of shots were insane. But with that many attempts, they should've been on target. That was our mistake today.

They apparently feel better than we do. But we accept that and move on," - Klopp said in his comments to Sky Sports.

Recall that experts expressed the opinion that Liverpool might have underestimated their opponent, assuming an easy victory.
