Real Madrid forward Vinícius Júnior greeted his team's progression to the Club World Cup quarterfinals with great enthusiasm. The Brazilian shared a post about the achievement in his Instagram story.
Vinícius posted a photo of himself, captioned with the bold statement: "We want more! See you in New York 🫡." With this message, the forward made it clear that Real Madrid is, as always, fully focused on winning the tournament.
As a reminder, last night Real Madrid faced Juventus in the Club World Cup round of 16, securing a 1-0 victory to advance to the next stage of the competition.
Next up for the Spanish giants is a clash with Borussia Dortmund, who overcame Mexican side Monterrey led by Sergio Ramos. This highly anticipated match is set for July 5 at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, New York State.
Incidentally, should Real Madrid defeat Dortmund, they will face the winner of the PSG/Bayern Munich matchup in the semifinals.
