According to Pimenta, this information is false and mere speculation, and Haaland remains committed to Manchester City:

"We have great respect and admiration for Barcelona, but there have been no contacts—neither with Erling Haaland nor with Barcelona's management—regarding any possible transfers.

Moreover, since the player extended his contract just a few months ago, he is very happy at Manchester City.

Everything is going very well for him, and there is really nothing to discuss about a transfer when things are going so well at City," Pimenta said.
