Former world boxing champion Tony Bellew reacted emotionally to England's advancement to the Euro 2024 final.
"Ollie Watkins take a bow!!! Wow!! They’ve been immense tonight everyone on that pitch!," Bellew wrote on his X account.
Aston Villa forward Watkins scored a goal in the 91st minute of the match against the Netherlands, sending his team to the European Championship final.
The Euro 2024 final between England and Spain will take place on Sunday, July 14.
Under current coach Gareth Southgate, the Three Lions have reached the final twice in four tournaments.
They reached the semi-finals of the World Cup in 2018, lost in the Euro 2021 final, exited the World Cup 2022 in the quarter-finals, and now have made it to the Euro 2024 final.
