WAFCON 2026: Mali and Ghana’s official line-up unveiled

Both teams are competing in Group D for a place in the quarter-finals of the tournament taking place in Morocco.

The group stage of the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations draws to a close this 6 August. The final group matches are due to kick off in a few moments.

The Black Queens will take on the Mali Women’s Eagles at 8 pm GMT. This match is crucial for both teams.

The Ghanaians have three points after two matchdays, level with the Malians. Both teams are therefore looking to secure a win to book their place in the knockout stages. The losing side in this clash will be officially eliminated.
