Liverpool’s Hungarian midfielder has caught the eye of Real Madrid, with the Spanish giants adopting an intriguing strategy to lure the talented player to the Bernabeu.
Details: In an interview for Ibai Llanos’s YouTube channel, 25-year-old Real Madrid and Brazil winger Vinicius Junior admitted that he’s been spending a lot of time on the phone with Dominik Szoboszlai lately, ever since rumors of a possible Szoboszlai transfer to Madrid began circulating in the media.

Vini assures that he’s known Dominik for a long time and even revealed the name of the footballer he considers his best friend:
“I talk a lot with Szoboszlai. We met when we were younger. Lucas Paquetá is my best friend in football.
Raphinha at Barcelona, Savinho and Reinier in Brazil, who also played here. We Brazilians are almost always together off the pitch, but from other teams where there aren’t Brazilians, I have a really good friendship with Reece James. I also have quite a few friends outside of football with Rafael Leão.” Vinicius declared.
Before Kylian Mbappé’s transfer from PSG to Real, there were also reports in the media that Vinicius and Mbappé frequently talked on the phone, with the Brazilian doing everything he could to convince the French superstar to join the Galacticos—a move that ultimately came to fruition.
