Yesterday, Osasuna lost to Valencia with a score of 0-1 in the 31st round of La Liga at their home match. However, the outcome could have been much better for Jagoba Arrasate's team.

In the seventh compensated minute of the match, Osasuna was awarded a penalty, which was taken by their top scorer Ante Budimir. The Croatian forward attempted a "panenka" style shot but slipped and only lightly touched the ball.

As a result, Budimir also missed the opportunity to catch up in La Liga's goal-scoring race with the leader Artem Dovbyk. The Ukrainian has 17 goals to his name, while Budimir has scored 16 goals.

After the 31st round, Osasuna sits in 11th place in La Liga.
