Liverpool's forward Darwin Núñez has authored one of the most peculiar goals of the current English Premier League season.

In the 31st round match against Sheffield, the Uruguayan forward opened the scoring in the 17th minute. Núñez pressed Sheffield's goalkeeper, Ivo Grbic, who then cleared the ball directly into Núñez. As a result, the ball flew into the net directly off Darwin's buttocks.

This goal marked Núñez's 11th in the current Premier League campaign. Additionally, he has contributed 8 assists.

In the previous season, the 24-year-old Uruguayan had scored 9 goals and provided 3 assists.
