Very impressive: Franco Colapinto attends the legendary Cannes Film Festival with Alpine team
Formula 1 star Franco Colapinto and his Alpine teammate Pierre Gasly made a surprise appearance at the iconic Cannes Film Festival. The drivers, dressed to the nines in stylish suits, walked the event’s red carpet—a moment the Argentine racer shared with his followers on Instagram.
Colapinto posted photos from Cannes, adding a playful caption: “Cannes with @alpinecars. Today I learned what a tuxedo and a look are 👍🏻 TOP.” He also shared a shot with Gasly on the red carpet, humorously noting, “Today Ive seen the biggest paparazzi fight to get a @pierregasly photo !!!”
The duo looked sharp and distinguished, striking poses in classic suits complete with shirts and bow ties. Notably, the drivers attended the premiere of the film Marcello Mio.
It’s worth recalling that last weekend, Colapinto made his debut for Alpine on a Formula 1 circuit. His first race came at the Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix in Imola. The Argentine’s debut was far from ideal: he crashed during qualifying and later failed to score points in the main race, finishing only 16th.
