"Valverde is irreplaceable." Ancelotti commented on Real's first La Liga victory

Real Madrid secured their first La Liga victory of the season with a 3-0 win over Real Valladolid at the Santiago Bernabéu. Although the performance wasn't typical for Los Blancos, it was more than enough for a win.

After the match, Carlo Ancelotti commented on various aspects of the game. According to Diario AS, he praised Federico Valverde, whose goal in the second half was crucial for securing the first three points of the season.

"Federico Valverde is irreplaceable. Toni Kroos has chosen the perfect player to wear the number eight shirt," Ancelotti remarked.

The coach also expressed his admiration for Endrick, who scored in his debut match for Real Madrid in added time.

"Endrick looks very promising and has a lot of potential. He demonstrated that with his goal," he added.

Finally, Ancelotti discussed Kylian Mbappé's performance, as he has yet to score in La Liga in his first two matches for Real Madrid.

"He’s not restricted to playing as a striker. He moves very well and had three or four chances, which he will eventually convert as he always does," the coach concluded.
