The 2026 World Cup match between Argentina and Cape Verde may be moved to an earlier time because of an unfavorable weather forecast.
Details: According to FutbolArena, citing Gastón Edul, discussions are underway to reschedule the Argentina vs. Cape Verde game due to poor weather conditions.
FIFA is expected to announce its decision soon. For now, the discussion is solely about a possible change in the kick-off time, not a cancellation of the match.
This could also be an unexpected twist for fans: the start time of the match could change just shortly before the opening whistle.
