Urgent! Salah transfer bid under threat
The race for Mohamed Salah is entering a decisive transfer showdown.
Details: According to WinWinSports, Al-Ittihad is making a last-ditch effort to hijack the Egyptian striker from Trabzonspor. At the moment, the Turkish club is seen as the frontrunner in the battle to sign the superstar.
The Al-Ittihad board is now urgently seeking additional sources of funding to prepare a truly powerful offer for Salah.
In Saudi Arabia, there is hope that the player will not finalize an agreement with Trabzonspor just yet. If that happens, Al-Ittihad will have the chance to enter negotiations within the next few hours or days.
There is still no official confirmation of Salah's transfer. In fact, on August 2, Trabzonspor president Ertuğrul Doğan denied the existence of any agreement with the forward, so the battle for the Egyptian remains wide open.
It’s worth noting that after leaving Liverpool, Mohamed Salah is currently a free agent.
