One of the most talked-about transfers in Turkish football could be taking an unexpected turn.

Details: According to the latest information from Santi Aouna, Trabzonspor has reached the final stage of negotiations with Mohamed Salah and is close to reaching a full agreement with the player.

It is reported that the club has made significant progress in talks with the player's agent and is now considered the leading contender to sign him. Against this backdrop, Beşiktaş has been forced to officially suspend negotiations, despite having previously reached a verbal agreement with Salah's camp.

According to the source, the Istanbul club offered Salah a 1+1 contract with a net salary of 10 million euros per season, plus 2 million euros in bonuses. However, Trabzonspor's rapid progress has put the deal in serious jeopardy.

Now, the club from Trabzon is just one step away from pulling off a blockbuster transfer. If the parties finalize the last details, Trabzonspor will be able to hijack the player at the very last moment, leaving Beşiktaş without one of the top signings of this summer.
