Unsporting behavior... Juventus team bus attacked by Napoli fans. Consequences follow...
Fortunately, neither the players nor the staff of the Bianconeri were harmed.
Details: According to journalist Massimiliano Nerozzi, after the matchday 14 clash between Napoli and Turin's Juventus—which ended in a 2-1 victory for the hosts—the Juventus team bus came under attack as it left the stadium.
Reports indicate that Napoli supporters hurled heavy and large objects at the Juventus club bus, resulting in minor damage including cracked windows and some damaged bodywork.
Matches between Napoli and Juventus are always played in a highly charged atmosphere, but this kind of fan behavior poses a direct threat to the players and coaching staff of the opposition, and should not go unnoticed by the relevant authorities.
As it stands, Napoli are second in Serie A with 31 points, while Juventus sit seventh on 23 points.
