Unexpected move. Leeds open talks for Ruben Neves transfer in January
Leeds United have shown serious interest in Al Hilal's midfielder Ruben Neves.
Details: According to TalkSport, the English club has already reached out to representatives of the Saudi team to inquire about the conditions for a possible transfer of the Portuguese midfielder.
Reports claim that Ruben Neves has refused to extend his contract with Al Hilal, and the club is willing to consider selling him for around £15 million. This situation makes the player available for a move as early as the winter transfer window.
The big question remains whether Neves himself will be tempted by a move to Leeds, given that the midfielder may also attract interest from more ambitious clubs chasing silverware.
It's worth noting that this season he has made seventeen appearances for the Saudi club across all competitions, scoring five goals and providing one assist.
Reminder: Several European clubs are reportedly interested in signing Al Hilal defender Joao Cancelo.
