UEFA launched an investigation after the England vs Serbia match. What is it?

The England vs Serbia match ended not only with a minimal 1-0 victory for the Three Lions, but also with a rather unpleasant incident that came to the attention of UEFA.
According to Sky Sports, the attention of European football's main body has been drawn to gestures from the Serbian fans' sector that parodied monkeys and now UEFA's ethics and discipline inspector is looking into it for "alleged discriminatory behaviour".
It is emphasised that the investigation was not initiated by the English Football Association as its representatives, including players and coaching staff, did not hear or see these alleged racist insults.
But, in addition to this, three other charges have been brought against the Serbian association. What they consist of is still unknown.
It should be recalled that before the match in Gelsenkirchen, there was a fight between fans, in which even the son of Serbian president Aleksandar Vučić, Danilo, took part.
