UEFA Europa League: all participants of the Round of 16

On Thursday, 22 February, all participants of the Round of 16 of the UEFA Europa League were determined.

Eight teams qualified directly for the 1/8th round by finishing top of their groups. A further eight clubs were determined after the play-off round.

The teams that finished first in their groups will be represented in the seeded pot at the draw:

• Atalanta (Italy)
• Brighton (England)
• Bayer Leverkusen (Germany)
• Liverpool (England)
• Rangers (Scotland)
• Slavia Prague (Czech Republic)
• Villarreal (Spain)
• West Ham (England)

The remaining eight teams will go through the previous round (round of 32) and will be in the unseeded pot:

• Milan (Italy)
• Benfica (Portugal)
• Freiburg (Germany)
• Qarabağ (Azerbaijan)
• Marseille (France)
• Sparta Prague (Czech Republic)
• Sporting Lisbon (Portugal)
• Roma (Italy)

The draw itself will take place on Friday, February 23, with the procedure starting at 12:00 Central European Time. The draw can be watched on the official UEFA website. The round of 16 matches will take place on March 7 and 14.
