The UEFA Conference League group stage concluded on Thursday, December 19, with all matches kicking off simultaneously. The final list of playoff participants has now been confirmed.
This season marked changes in the competition format, with eight teams advancing directly to the round of 16. Teams ranked 9th to 24th will compete in a preliminary playoff round.
