The hearing took place on Thursday 19 February.

Arrested since the final of the Africa Cup of Nations on 18 January 2026, these supporters appeared before a judge at the Rabat Court of First Instance. At the end of the hearing, the Moroccan public prosecutor's office requested two years' imprisonment for these supporters, according to RMC Sport.

Arrested following incidents during the controversial final at the Moulay Abdellah stadium in Rabat, the Moroccan public prosecutor's office argues that: ‘They deliberately sought to disrupt the smooth running of the match’ and ‘committed acts of violence that were broadcast live on television channels,’ according to RMC Sport, which reported the information.

However, the defendants rejected the charges against them.
