At the start of a new month, the Premier League has traditionally announced the nominees for the Manager of the Month award.
Details: The Premier League’s official platforms have named four contenders for the January 2026 Manager of the Month honour. Among them are two coaches who only took charge of their teams in January: Michael Carrick of Manchester United and Liam Rosenior of Chelsea.
They are joined on the shortlist by Bournemouth head coach Andoni Iraola and Nottingham manager Sean Dyche.
Fans can vote for their Player of the Month until Monday, February 9. The public vote will then be combined with the votes of experts to determine the January winner.
Reminder: A footballer has complained that the Premier League has placed him on the cover of a matchday programme for the second consecutive year during the “Rainbow Laces” campaign.
