Winger Marco Asensio and defender Marquinhos have returned to training with the PSG squad after injuries.

Marquinhos was sidelined due to a recurrence of an Achilles injury he sustained in a match against Nantes in February. The Brazilian defender missed several recent matches for the team. The 29-year-old Brazilian has played 26 matches and provided 2 assists in the current season.

Marco Asensio suffered a muscle injury in early March, which caused him to miss 5 PSG matches and friendly matches for the Spanish national team. In the current season, the 28-year-old winger has scored 5 goals and provided 4 assists in 19 matches in all competitions.

PSG confidently leads in the French Ligue 1, ahead of the closest pursuer by 12 points.

Earlier reports suggested that the Parisian club is monitoring the main star of Sporting. However, signing the player would require paying a very substantial sum.
