Turmoil brewing at Betway Premiership side Kruger United?

Bongani Wati has reacted with shock to news that he has left Kruger United.

It was reported yesterday that Wati, who is the club chairman, has been bought out of the club and that he is no longer co-owner, with Basil Khoza, of the Mpumalanga-based club.

Talks were that Khoza was buying out Wati from the club and he is to take full control but Wati denies knowledge of the reports.

"I don't know about that,” said Wati to Kickoff website.

“I have no idea. I haven't been around; I've been stuck on other things, like personal stuff, and... maybe there was a resolution taken on my absent I have no idea.

“When I get back and get a chance to speak to the team, I will then know what's happening, but right now I don't know what's happening. I have no idea what is going on. I have not seen any statement.”
