Turkish deadline coup! Goztepe land ex-Chelsea talent from Serie A
The Turkish window keeps delivering: Goztepe have completed a deal to bring Tino Anjorin in from Torino.
Details: Fabrizio Romano reports the move is a loan with a buy option clause, with Torino understood to be covering the majority of the midfielder's salary. The 24 year old former Chelsea prospect heads to the Super Lig after a season long spell in Turin that produced 17 Serie A appearances without a goal.

Anjorin's career has been a tour of loans since breaking through at Cobham: Lokomotiv Moscow, Huddersfield, Portsmouth, then a permanent switch to Empoli in 2024 before Torino took him with a conditional obligation to buy, conditions that ultimately were not triggered. Now eligible for England or Nigeria, he gets a fresh start in Izmir, where Goztepe have made an ambitious start to the season. For a player once handed a Champions League debut by Frank Lampard at 18, Turkey offers the one thing his career has lacked: a settled home and regular minutes.
It's worth noting that Anjorin remains under contract with Torino until 2028, so if the buy option is not activated, he will return to Serie A next summer.
Reminder: Barcelona talent's Leipzig move collapses: who is it?
