Turki Alalshikh is dissatisfied with the result of the fight Bivol vs Beterbiev and wants a rematch

Last night, the fight for the undisputed light heavyweight world title took place between Artur Beterbiev and Dmitry Bivol.
Beterbiev emerged victorious, but the decision sparked widespread controversy. Following the judge's ruling, Turki Alalshikh expressed his dissatisfaction with the result and announced his desire to organize a rematch between the two fighters.

Details: In the fight, Beterbiev employed his signature aggressive style, landing powerful punches, while Bivol maintained control of the ring with his tactical approach. After the judges declared Beterbiev the winner, many disagreed with the verdict, including experts, professional fighters, and prominent Saudi sports figure and head of the General Entertainment Authority, Turki Alalshikh.
Alalshikh called the bout one of the greatest in the last 20 years but voiced his disagreement with the outcome. He stated that he would push for a rematch between the two boxers.
Quote: "I believe this was one of the greatest fights of the past 20 years. But in my view, the result was unfair. These two fighters are like brothers to me, but I think Bivol won by two rounds. I will focus on trying to organize a rematch. If they agree, we will make it happen."
Reminder: After last night's bout, Turki Alalshikh also confirmed the date for the rematch between Daniel Dubois and Anthony Joshua.
Considering the two-month intervals between major boxing events, a potential date for the Bivol-Beterbiev rematch can be anticipated. The rematch between Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury is scheduled for December, two months after this fight. Following that, the Dubois-Joshua rematch is set for February 2025. Therefore, the Bivol-Beterbiev rematch could likely take place around April-May 2025, assuming no other factors intervene.
