Tunisian FA Considers Faruk Hadzibegic as a Candidate for National Team Coach
The Tunisian Football Federation (TFF) is carefully looking at applications from people who want to become the head coach of the national team. This is part of their preparations for the upcoming African qualifiers for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
According to "Mosaïque FM," a French-Bosnian coach named Faruk Hadzibegic has applied for the job.
Hadzibegic, who is 67 years old, has a lot of coaching experience. He was in charge of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team last year. By overseeing the Algerian team MC Alger, he also contributed to the area. He has also coached teams in Turkey and a number of French clubs, including Sochaux, Valenciennes, Troyes, Bastia, and Red Star.
The TFF wants to hire a highly skilled coach who can lead the Carthage Eagles to success in the qualifiers and help them overcome challenges to qualify for the next World Cup.
