Tsitsipas attended a Serie A match. Which team does the star tennis player support?

Tennis star Stefanos Tsitsipas attended the Serie A match between Genoa and Roma. Before the game at the Luigi Ferraris stadium, he gave an interview on the field, discussing his fan preferences.

Quote: "I am very happy to be here. I have supported Genoa for a long time, and it is a huge honor for me. They have some of the most dedicated and passionate fans in Italy, and I am very happy to be a part of it. You wouldn’t believe it, but when I was a child, my brother and I were playing a video game. I had to choose a team, and I picked Genoa because I really liked their logo. That’s how it all started."

Tsitsipas also mentioned that he could never have imagined being at a match of his favorite team. He even took part in a warm-up with the goalkeepers, using both a tennis and a football.

Additional: Genoa managed to secure a draw in the last seconds of the match. Interestingly, Roma’s Artem Dovbyk scored his first goal for the team.
