Transfer on the cards? Liverpool preparing generous offer for Marc Pubill

Details: According to renowned and reputable journalist and insider Ekrem Konur on his X social media page, English side Liverpool have seriously set their sights on 22-year-old Spanish centre-back Marc Pubill from Atlético Madrid.

The coaching staff of the “Scousers” reportedly rate Pubill highly for his reliability and versatility, as the player can operate both in central defence and on the right flank.

It is expected that convincing Atlético to let go of Pubill will be extremely challenging, but Liverpool are ready to spend big to try to persuade “Los Colchoneros”. The player himself is open to testing himself in England.

Marc Pubill joined Atlético in the summer of 2025 from Almería for €16 million. This season, he has made 24 appearances for “Los Colchoneros”, providing one assist.

His current contract runs until 2030, and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at €15 million.
