The transfer of Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson to Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr is on the verge of collapse.

According to Fabrizio Romano, negotiations between the clubs are currently suspended. Manchester City rejected an offer of €30 million and demanded €60 million for the Brazilian goalkeeper.

Al Nassr has now shifted its focus to Athletico Paranaense and Brazil national team goalkeeper Bento.

Earlier reports indicated that Al Nassr had already agreed on personal terms with Ederson, but they have not yet reached an agreement with Manchester City regarding the transfer fee.

To prevent the potential transfer, Manchester City is prepared to offer a significant salary increase to the Brazilian goalkeeper.

The City goalkeeper's current contract runs until 2026. Over his 7 years at Manchester City, Ederson has played 332 matches, winning 6 Premier League titles and UEFA Champions League trophy.
