Transfer battle for €100 million! Arsenal target World Cup star

The transfer hunt for Andreas Schjelderup is officially on.

Details: According to insider Ekrem Konur, Arsenal are interested in signing the Benfica and Norway national team winger this summer. The London club is considering entering negotiations for the 22-year-old talent.

However, Arsenal are not the only contenders for the Norwegian's signature. Tottenham and Roma are closely monitoring Schjelderup's situation and could make a move before the summer window closes.

Benfica are in no rush to part ways with their player. The winger's contract includes a hefty release clause of €100 million, giving the Portuguese club a strong negotiating position.

It’s worth noting that last season Schjelderup made 43 appearances, scored 10 goals and provided 7 assists for his club.
