Rashford's time at Barcelona has come to an end.

Details: Marcus Rashford has officially concluded his spell at Barcelona and is returning to Manchester United, where he will rejoin the squad to prepare for the new season.

The English striker has already addressed the Catalan club and its fans with a heartfelt farewell message.

"A huge thank you to everyone at the club for making my time here so positive and unforgettable. I enjoyed every moment and will keep these special memories in my heart. I wish the club and all the fans good luck and tremendous success this season. Visca el Barça!" Rashford wrote.

Now the forward returns to Manchester United, where he will take part in pre-season training with the team. It remains unclear whether he will be included in the coaching staff's plans for the new campaign, or if the club will consider fresh transfer options before the summer window closes.

Rashford joined Barcelona in the summer of 2025 on a one-year loan deal. Despite having the option to trigger a buyout clause, the Catalan side decided against making the move permanent.

Rashford made 49 appearances for Barcelona, scoring 14 goals and providing 14 assists. According to Transfermarkt, his market value is estimated at 40 million euros.
