Reports suggest that the Spurs are determined to sign Lee Kang-in, but they'll only open negotiations if the club can guarantee they avoid relegation to the Championship.
The player himself is open to leaving Paris in search of more game time, even though PSG's management is keen to keep the South Korean international in their squad.
This season, Lee Kang-in has featured in 30 matches for PSG, scoring 3 goals and providing 4 assists. His current contract with the Parisians runs until 2028, and his market value is estimated at €25 million by Transfermarkt.
