Tottenham Hotspur vs Arsenal: Kick-off time, How to Watch, Live stream - 15 September, 2024
The central match of the fourth round of the Premier League will feature the North London Derby as Tottenham Hotspur host Arsenal.
Tottenham Hotspur vs Arsenal: what to know about the match?
After a remarkable start last season, Tottenham has had a less confident beginning to the current campaign. In their first three matches, Spurs have recorded one win, one draw, and one defeat. They opened the season with a 1-1 draw against Premier League newcomers Leicester City, followed by a 4-0 thrashing of Everton, but then fell 2-1 to Newcastle before the international break. Tottenham currently sits in 10th place, rounding out the top half of the table.
Arsenal, on the other hand, has started the season strongly, immediately joining the title race after missing out on the championship last season. The Gunners won their first two matches against Wolverhampton and Aston Villa, both 2-0, but were held to a 1-1 draw against Brighton in their most recent outing. At present, last season's runners-up share third place with Brighton and Newcastle, trailing Manchester City and Liverpool by two points.
Last season, the two teams met early as well, in the sixth round, where they played to a thrilling 2-2 draw at the Emirates. In the second half of the season, Arsenal edged out Spurs with a narrow 3-2 victory away from home.
