Legendary Argentine forward Sergio Agüero has a chance to resume his professional career at the age of 35, as announced by his cardiologist during a Twitch broadcast.

"It’s very possible that Sergio Aguero can come out of retirement", – stated his cardiologist.

In 2021, Agüero was forced to end his career due to heart problems, experiencing discomfort during a match against Alavés.

With 260 goals, Agüero is the all-time leading goal-scorer for Manchester City. In the summer of 2021, he moved to Barcelona on a free transfer but played only 5 matches and scored 1 goal for the club.

Throughout his career, Agüero has also played for Atlético Madrid and his hometown club, Independiente. As part of the Argentine national team, he has scored 41 goals in 101 matches.
