Lazio coach Maurizio Sarri has unexpectedly tendered his resignation after three years at the club. The decisive factor influencing his decision was the defeat to Udinese.

Following this, the 65-year-old manager was linked with a move to Nottingham Forest, but Sarri himself rejected this offer. Now, it has been revealed that several other clubs, both in Italy and England, are interested in him. Milan, Fiorentina, and Napoli are planning to change their coach in the offseason and are considering the Italian's candidacy, as reported by Football Italia. Additionally, according to Football Italia, he is of interest to West Ham and Newcastle.

Maurizio Sarri began his coaching career in 1990 and managed several smaller clubs in Italy. He then went on to work at Empoli, Napoli, Juventus, and Chelsea. He also has experience in the Premier League, having coached Chelsea for one season.

It is uncertain which club Sarri will prefer, but it is believed that he wants to join a team that will allow him to spend at least €50 million in the transfer market, as he aims to bring Alessio Romagnoli and Matteo Guendouzi from Lazio.
