Too many matches: Real makes crucial decision regarding congested schedule

Real Madrid will no longer take to the field without 72 hours of rest. This bold statement was made on the club's channel, Real Madrid TV.

Details: Real intends to seek protection from FIFA. The club made this decision after being forced to play against Villarreal just 66 hours after their Champions League clash with Atletico Madrid. Three weeks ago, Los Blancos expressed dissatisfaction with the set schedule, and in recent days, their frustration has only intensified.
