Too Legendary: Murray to Coach Djokovic at the 2025 Australian Open
The legendary Andy Murray will take on the role of coach for 24-time Grand Slam champion Novak Djokovic.
Details: The collaboration between these two tennis icons will begin during the off-season and continue through the Australian Open 2025.
Quote: "I thought our story had ended, but it has one final chapter. It's time for my rival to step into my corner," Djokovic wrote as he announced the partnership.
Reminder: Murray retired from professional tennis at the 2024 Olympics. The former World No. 1 reached the top of the rankings in November 2016. Over his illustrious career, Murray won three Grand Slam titles: Wimbledon in 2013 and 2016, and the US Open in 2012.
The Australian Open kicks off on January 12, where Djokovic, already holding a record 10 titles at the event, will aim to secure yet another major trophy.
