"To make history.” Mike Tyson spoke about the fight Canelo - Crawford
Former undisputed world champion Mike Tyson shared his thoughts on the potential fight between WBA light middleweight champion Terence Crawford and WBA, WBO, and WBC super middleweight champion Saul "Canelo" Alvarez.
"I support both Crawford and Canelo, but... I'm not sure if people want to see a fight between Terence and Canelo. Do you think they want to see Crawford fight Canelo?
Does he [Crawford] also want to fight him? Well, if it’s to make history, then it should be done," Tyson said during an interview with Big Fight Weekend.
Previously, it was reported that Turki Al Al-Sheikh, head of Saudi Arabia's General Entertainment Authority, is no longer interested in organizing a fight between Saul Alvarez and Crawford.
Instead, Al-Sheikh is interested in setting up a bout between Crawford and Vergil Ortiz.
