In just over a month, on September 14th, the UFC 306 event will take place at the Sphere Arena in Las Vegas. The main event is set to feature American bantamweight champion Sean O'Malley defending his title against the challenger from Georgia, Merab Dvalishvili.

Those planning to watch the event from the arena should be prepared to part with a hefty sum. According to GameTime.co, the cheapest tickets are priced at $1,466, while seats in the front rows near the octagon are being sold for $43,842.

For comparison, tickets to the biggest sporting event in the United States, the Super Bowl, were priced around $7,000, with last-minute resale tickets going for up to $37,000. The average ticket price for the most recent Super Bowl was $9,300, according to StubHub.com.

Recently, during a conversation with Kevin Iole, UFC President Dana White stated that he expects UFC to earn between $25 million and $27 million from this event.

Currently, the record for UFC revenue from a single event is held by UFC 205, where the main event was the fight between Conor McGregor and Eddie Alvarez at Madison Square Garden in New York.
