At the Friuli stadium in Udine, heightened security measures have been put in place ahead of tomorrow's Nations League match between Italy and Israel, which has impacted ticket sales.

Details: To enhance security, high metal barriers have been installed around the stadium, and between 500 and 1,000 police officers will be present. Fans of the Italian team are advised to arrive early to undergo thorough security checks.

Reminder: The staging of the match is expected to raise tensions due to current events in the Middle East. A march in support of Palestine is planned in Udine on the day of the match, which organisers say will attract around 4,000 people.

Roads around the stadium and the hotel where the Israeli team is staying have been closed, and traffic is being diverted. Due to these circumstances, only 11,700 tickets have been sold, less than half of the stadium's total capacity.
